Bijuteria Mágica is a registered Portuguese brand, with identification number 572423, registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), dedicated to the creation and commercialisation of jewellery and personalised items.
The commercial activity carried out under the Bijuteria Mágica brand is developed by Pedro Miguel Marques Faria, NIF 238138585, with headquarters at Travessa de Felgueiras, nº 51, Fradelos, 4760-564 Vila Nova de Famalicão.

1. Identification

This document establishes the Terms and Conditions that regulate the use of the BIJUTERIA MÁGICA website, as well as the purchase of products through it.


By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Products

The products displayed on the website are jewellery and accessories.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in colour or finish may occur.


We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and prices at any time.

All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed at the time of order checkout.

 

 

4. Orders

To place an order, the user must:

  • Provide the necessary information for billing and shipping

The order will only be considered valid after payment confirmation.

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of free resolution, counting from the date of receipt of the order.


Products must be returned:


  • Without signs of use
  • In original packaging
  • In perfect condition

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

8. Exchanges and returns

After receiving and checking the returned product, a refund or exchange will be made, as agreed with the customer.


Returns of personalised products are not accepted, except in case of manufacturing defect.


 

9. Warranty

Products benefit from the applicable legal warranty, under Portuguese law.


 

10. Liability

We are not liable for:


  • Delays caused by external entities (carriers)
  • Improper use of products
  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

 

 

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of BIJUTERIA MÁGICA and may not be used without prior authorisation.


 

12. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, the court of the consumer's area of residence is competent, in accordance with legal terms.
