Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed upon payment confirmation.


  • Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

During periods of higher volume (promotions, festive seasons), processing may experience slight delays.


 

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are sent via CTT, by green mail or registered mail, depending on the option selected at the time of purchase.


 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:


  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 4 business days
  • Islands (Azores and Madeira): 2 to 5 business days
  • Abroad: 4 to 10 business days

 

The stated times are estimates and may vary due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays).


 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and presented before purchase completion.


There may be free shipping campaigns, duly identified on the website.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

Whenever available, a tracking code will be sent so that the customer can monitor the delivery status.


 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address provided is correct and complete.


We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from:


  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete data
  • Recipient absence at the time of delivery

 

In these cases, new shipping costs may be charged.


 

7. Undelivered orders

If the order is returned to the origin due to a reason attributable to the customer, they will be contacted for a new delivery attempt, with the costs borne by the customer.

 


8. Damaged or lost orders

If the order arrives damaged or is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of the expected receipt, sending:


  • Order number
  • Photos (if applicable)
