Returns Policy
1. Right of free resolution
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of free resolution, without needing to state any reason.
2. Conditions for returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
- Retain its original packaging
- Contain all included accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Products excluded from return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged by improper use
- Used or altered items
Except in case of defect or error attributable to the store.
4. Return procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must:

- Provide the order number
- Await instructions for sending the product
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
5. Return costs
The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- The product is defective
- There was an error in sending the order
6. Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product:
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method
- The maximum refund period is 14 days
Initial shipping costs are not refundable, unless the error is attributable to the store.
7. Exchanges
If the customer wishes to exchange a product, they should contact us beforehand.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Defective products
If the product is defective, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, sending photographic evidence.
